We offer our guests a unique experience, where the beauty of nature meets sophistication and relaxation. We want your stay to be perfect in all aspects, including bookings and cancellations. In this regard, please consider our cancellation policy, which ensures transparency and fairness for all our guests:

Cancellation of reservations:
Any cancellation of the reservation must be communicated in writing, by email to the address: delta.wpo@gmail.com.
Cancellations can only be made at least 30 days before the date of accommodation, and if the period is between 30 and 15 days, the stay can be rescheduled depending on availability.
In the event of a cancellation in accordance with the terms, the advance paid will be returned to the guest.
Changes and Amendments:
Any change or amendment to the reservation must be requested in writing and will be subject to resort availability.
The resort reserves the right to charge additional fees for changes requested after the reservation has been confirmed.

If guests do not show up at the resort without canceling the reservation in advance, the advance paid will not be returned.
The resort reserves the right to retain the full amount of the reservation for no-show reservations.
Major forces:
If the cancellation or modification of the reservation is caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters or other uncontrollable situations, the resort will provide an alternative solution, such as rescheduling the stay or returning the deposit according to the circumstances.
Multiple bookings:
In case of multiple bookings made by the same customer, the cancellation policy applies individually to each booking.

It is the guest’s responsibility to read and understand the cancellation policy before making a reservation. The resort reserves the right to change its cancellation policy at any time, but these changes will not affect bookings already confirmed. In situations not covered by the cancellation policy, the resort will consider the individual circumstances to reach a reasonable solution.
